Refund policy

At Jagat Devsutra, we take great care in ensuring that our products meet the highest quality standards. However, in the rare case that you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we offer a return and refund policy as outlined below.

1. No Return or Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the product received is:

• Damaged during transit
• Incorrect (wrong item shipped)

If your order does not fall under the above conditions, we regret that we cannot accept returns or offer refunds.

2. How to Request a Return

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you must raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving the order. Follow these steps to initiate a return:

1. Take clear photos/videos of the damaged product or the incorrect item you received. Ensure the images clearly show the issue.
2. Email us at jagatdevsutraproducts@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery with the following details:
   • Order Number
   • Name and Contact Information
   • Photos/Videos of the damaged or incorrect product
   • A brief description of the issue
3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days with further instructions.

3. Return and Refund Process

• If your return request is approved, we will provide details on how to return the product.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 7 days of approval.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will initiate a refund or replacement.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.

4. Important Notes

• Returns requested after 24 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
• We do not offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
• If the returned product does not meet our return criteria, we reserve the right to deny the refund or replacement.
