Shipping policy
This Shipping Policy explains how and when Jagat Devsutra orders are dispatched and delivered.
Order processing
Orders are packed and handed over to our courier partner within 0–3 working days of order confirmation (and of payment receipt, for prepaid orders), or by the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
Delivery timelines
Once dispatched, most orders are delivered within 7 days. The exact delivery time depends on your location and on the norms of the courier company or post office handling your shipment.
Couriers
- Domestic orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or India Post Speed Post.
- International orders are shipped through registered international courier companies and/or International Speed Post.
Delivery address
Orders are delivered to the shipping address you provide at checkout. Please make sure it is complete and correct, including your PIN code and phone number.
Order updates
We send your order confirmation and shipping updates to the email address you provide at checkout.
Delays
Delivery times are estimates. Jagat Devsutra is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, postal authorities or events outside our control. Our commitment is to hand your order over to the courier within the processing time above.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy.
